Low image quality
The product image fails Google's quality standards — typically because of watermarks, distracting elements or backgrounds, or size problems. Images also can't exceed 64 megapixels or 16 MB in file size.
Common causes
- ·Watermarks on the image
- ·Dark or distracting background colors
- ·Image below the minimum size requirements
- ·File exceeding the 64 megapixel or 16 MB limits
How to fix it
- 01Filter the 'Needs attention' tab by this issue and review each flagged image
- 02Replace them with clean product photos: no watermarks, no distracting overlays, within size and file limits
- 03Update the image_link URLs in your source data and re-upload to Merchant Center
