price_mismatchDisapproval
Mismatched value (page crawl): price
Google crawled your product's landing page and found a price that differs from the price in your product data. Affected products are disapproved until the feed price and the page price match exactly — including the currency.
Common causes
- ·A price change or sale went live on the site, but the feed hasn't re-synced yet
- ·The price is rendered with JavaScript after page load, so Google's crawler sees a different value than shoppers do
- ·Outdated or incorrect structured data (schema.org price markup) on the landing page
- ·A wrong sale_price_effective_date or timezone, so the sale price applies at the wrong time
- ·The currency on the page differs from the currency submitted in the feed
How to fix it
- 01Open the landing page and compare the displayed price (and currency) with the price attribute in your product data — they must match exactly
- 02Check your structured data markup for price with Google's Rich Results Test and fix stale values
- 03If prices are added via JavaScript, make sure the correct price also appears in the rendered HTML Google crawls
- 04Schedule feed uploads (or API pushes) to run immediately after prices change on the site
- 05Fix affected items under Products → 'Needs attention' in Merchant Center, then request a review so Google recrawls the page
