Terms — Founding Pre-Order

1. What you are buying

The FeedSiren Founding Pre-Order is 12 months of the FeedSiren Growth plan (monitoring for up to 3 Google Merchant Center accounts with email and Slack alerts) at the founding price of $390 — instead of the regular $490/year — starting on the day your monitoring goes live.

2. Pre-launch status & delivery

FeedSiren is in active development and not yet live. Founding customers are onboarded personally, first, in purchase order. There is no guaranteed launch date — which is why your payment is protected by the refund policy below.

2a. Founding deposit

Alternatively, you can reserve your founding spot with a $49 deposit. The deposit is credited in full against your first year at founding pricing and is refundable under the same rules as the pre-order below.

3. Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your monitoring goes live — no reason needed, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase.

4. Seller & payment

Your contract is with Alexander Sass, operating FeedSiren (see Impressum). Card payments are processed by Stripe; you will receive a receipt from Stripe and a proper invoice from us by email. Prices are in USD; for business customers outside Germany, German VAT is generally not charged (reverse-charge / place-of-supply rules may apply — your invoice will state the applicable treatment).

5. Business use

FeedSiren is a tool for businesses running Google Shopping. By purchasing, you confirm you are acting in a commercial capacity, not as a consumer.

6. What FeedSiren does — and doesn't

FeedSiren monitors your Google Merchant Center account with read-only access and alerts you about new disapprovals and feed errors. It never edits, optimizes, or stores your product data beyond issue metadata needed for alerting. Details in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

For the service relationship with FeedSiren: German law, place of jurisdiction Berlin, Germany.
